Integrative therapy is a flexible, client-centered approach that blends different psychotherapeutic modalities and techniques. I like to describe therapy with me as structure with softness, allowing sessions to be structured (if desired) while focusing on a variety of interventions, insights, perspective taking, and goal-setting.

Our sessions will awaken and deepen the connection between your mind, brain, and body, allowing you to directly experience how these interconnected systems shape your thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
Together, we’ll explore the body’s essential role in emotional regulation, learn to recognize and identify emotions that primarily influence your thoughts, choices, and behaviors.
Over the course of our work you can expect to create a more cohesive narrative of your past and how the past continues to influence how you show up in the present.
